Assignment Ended

If your assignment ends for whatever reason, it does not mean that your were fired. Your work for Quest Staffing Services, not the customer your assignment was for. You have 72 Hours to call our office and accept new work, it will be considered a voluntary quit.

Direct Deposit

We make every effort to get your Direct Deposit and Rapid Paycard deposits to you each Friday (Payday). We want you to know sometimes unforeseen things happen, especially during the holiday weeks. We want to be transparent to our employees and strive to get you paid in a timely manner. We aim every week to get it in there on Fridays, but just know there are times when it may go into your account on Monday.

Timecards

If you accept an assignment requiring a Drug Test and/or a Background Check, you will need to work a minimum of 3 days, or you will be charged for the drug test and/or background check.

Drug Test and Background Check

You are responsible for your timecard. If the customer your assignment is at, turns in the time to us on your behalf, it is still your responsibility to make sure the customer has your hours, and they are correct. If you turn in your own timecard, it needs to be submitted by Monday at 10:00 A.M.
