Here at Quest Staffing Services we service a variety of companies in many different industries with a wide range of needs for our service. During our 12 years in the staffing industry we have been asked a lot of questions relating to the use of Quest Staffing employees. These are some of the questions, followed by our responses. Answering your questions not only gives us the opportunity to serve your better; it also allows you to make better use of our service. We want you to consider us an important factor in the success of your business.

 

   What if I have a problem after hours or on the weekend, how do I get in touch with you?

    What if one of your employees does such good job that I want to hire them on full-time?

    Can I request the same employee for each time I have a need?

    What should I do if I order an employee for a single day, but later realize I need them for a few more days?

    What if I call you today and reserve an employee for the following day, but later realize I no longer have the need for your employee?

    What about drug screening and background checks on your employees?

What if I have a problem after hours or on the weekend, how do I get in touch with you?

Our office staff is on call whenever the office is closed. Just call the office as normal and leave a message and the on call staff will be in contact with you as soon as possible.

 

What if one of your employees does such good job that I want to hire them on full-time?

The majority of our employees are looking for full-time work. Our employees are our most important assets; being so, we have a program that is designed to help meet this need. Contact us if you are interested.

 

Can I request the same employee for each time I have a need?

We will make every possible effort to accommodate your requests. Unfortunately it is not always possible. Sometimes that employee will be on another assignment, or is unable to work at that time. In that case will we make sure we provide an equally qualified employee to satisfy your need. Keep in mind the more advance notice we have the better chance you have of getting your requested employee.

 

What should I do if I order an employee for a single day, but later realize I need them for a few more days?

Contact our office staff as soon as you realize you will need them for longer. We may have them assigned on a different job for the next day. We will make every effort to accommodate you.

 

What if I call you today and reserve an employee for the following day, but later realize I no longer have the need for your employee?

Contact our office as soon as your know you don’t need our employee. We will contact the employee and let them know they are no longer needed. If we are unable to contact the employee and they show up for work, have them contact the office staff or advise them they are no longer needed.

 

What about drug screening and background checks on your employees?

All of our office staff is trained and certified to administer an on-site drug test. It is your responsibility to let us know in advance if you would like drug tests performed. The same applies for background checks.

 

When will I be invoiced for using your services?

We will invoice you when we pay that employee. The amount of the invoice will be determined by the hours you have signed for on the employee’s time card
