about the new opportunity we are able to offer our employees for health
care coverage. Attached is a brochure outlining all the benefits
and coverage options available through America Protect and ADMU
Benefits. We are utilizing our membership with the American
Staffing Association to offer benefit plans available to employees
nationwide. This opportunity provides more choices for you the
employee. The coverage is maintained by you, the employee.
This means no payroll deductions. You are in control of your
coverage. You pay your premiums directly to the insurance company.
As your family situations change or your coverage needs change, you are
in control. There are no medical questions and no preexisting
clauses provided you have had continuous coverage. You can enroll
by calling their toll free number 1-866-971-2368 Code: 223. Your
group code is “America Protect-Quest Staffing”. You need to make
sure and let them know you are a Quest Staffing Services employee.
Enrollment by the 20th of the month will ensure you are
covered by the next calendar month. The prices are extremely
reasonable for the level of coverage offered.
The purpose for this offering is to provide our
employees with opportunities to obtain health care coverage at a
